Why would we install a webcasting system in-house?

To save the future integration costs. Once our systems are connected, it may be simpler to leave it installed so it's ready to live stream the next event.

What areas do you cover?

Greater Atlanta, North Georgia, and South Central Tennessee.

Do you edit and author DVDs?

We offer full editing services and author DVDs with and without menu.

Will you encode existing video files and host them?

Sure. After we professionally encode your media files, we will either:

• Install the stream on our Content Delivery Network, set the links on a web page, & email you, or
• Upload the finished streams to your domain, or
• Send the finished media files to you on a CD or DVD.

Will you webcast our event at a hotel or meeting facility?

Yes, we will test facility's local and wide area network to determine if the facility's network connections are capable of streaming a live webcast.

How long does it take to receive pricing estimate?

Our goal is by the next business day. Let us know the date, location, and approximately how many will view the event online when requesting price.

Will you encode and host our media from out of town?

Definitely, when requesting pricing, please indicate your City location. You may ship your video copy-of-master, or upload media to us via FTP.
